A bid to restart tin mining in southwestern England, reviving an industry with roots in the Bronze Age, has won a $210 million vote of confidence from bond buyers.

The high-yielding debt was sold by London-listed Cornish Metals Plc, which has long sought to reopen the South Crofty underground tin mine in the coastal county of Cornwall.
