If anyone has done any of these, I would love to hear about your experiences, especially with how your institution managed the process. I’m especially interested in reimbursements for flights, meals, etc. in our case, our accommodation for the two weeks is covered through the program fee. Do they let you stay in country longer than the program (assuming you pay your own way)?

Anything you’d be willing to share, including anything about particular locations, how they handled any problems? What support was provided to students for emergencies, etc.?

Given the state of the world with flights being cancelled, I’m feeling anxious about taking students overseas for two weeks, with no apparent protocols for travel problems.
