Im not a good fit for this job but idk what to do Im a recent college graduate with a shitty degree who has no idea what to do with their life. I worked a retail job i had a few years back as a summer job, i stayed here for 7 months and after a long time of searching i took a leap of faith and took up a sales job at a phone store. This is my first job of this type and even though im trying my best im really having second thoughts about it. Buisness is slow and i have no way to practice assisting customers unless they come in. Because if this i still have no idea how to do most things in the store despite being 3.5 weeks into the job. Im also being left alone more and more, with me having to work a six hour solo shift this sunday. I have my manager's number but needing to call her for every transaction is embarassing and stressful on both ends. Ill also be expected to make sales quotas and im unsure ill be able to do this with how slow buisness is.…
