Made a 16 key macropad for my CAD workflow! Designed and 3D printed everything from scratch, including the keycaps. Runs on an Arduino Pro Micro, with a firmware created using qmk. Decided to use hot-swap sockets for the switches instead of directly soldering everything in just in case I want to change switches. It currently uses Kailh Box Jade and Kailh Box Cream Pro switches, although I might replace the Jade with more Cream Pro, not really feeling the tactile ones on this. Decided to make completely flat profile switches cause it was easy to print plus I thought it went along well with the general aesthetics of the build. Honestly tempted to make an entire keyboard from scratch now but I'll perhaps wait out a bit on that π
