Published 11:00 am Wednesday, April 22, 2026 Cocina Flores is a delicious, brand-new Mexican food truck located outside of Cascade Indoor Sports. It made its debut just in the beginning of April, and I, for one, am so glad it’s here. I had the lovely opportunity of meeting Jacquie Flores, the daughter of the family-run business. After purchasing the truck from a friend, they found a way to bring their culture to the public of Bend. Starting from Cascade Indoor Sports was a great kickoff, due to the frequent events the family participated in, as well as a recent market where locals could come see many new things. I ordered the Quesabirria tacos, which were recommended to me as one of the most popular dishes on the menu, and I have never tasted a better Birria taco in Bend. They came with extra sauce from the meat to dip in, and I had to share it with my father, who enjoyed it equally as much, if not more.…
