On Tuesday, Hilary Duff was announced as one of four cover stars of the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. She made a splash in a plunging white one-piece Oye swimsuit, lensed by Kat Irlin in South Caicos. The singer, 38, wore her blond hair in waves with bronzed Charlotte Tilbury makeup. While Duff is making her debut in the splashy magazine, it isn’t the first time she’s posed without clothing; In 2022, she stripped down for Women’s Health Magazine , wearing nothing but her multiple tattoos.
