Feeling stuck in tech career with debt and burnout? I don’t even know where to start, but I’ve been feeling really overwhelmed lately. I finished my Master’s in US and have about 4 years of work experience now, but I still haven’t been able to pay off my student loan (around $130k). I recently refinanced it, but it’s still a huge weight on my mind. On top of that, I’m currently in a pretty toxic workplace and getting paid less than I feel I should be. Every day feels draining, and it’s starting to affect my sleep. I literally lie awake at night thinking about everything. What’s making it worse is all the news around AI replacing jobs. Instead of motivating me, it’s doing the opposite. I feel scared, stuck, and honestly demotivated to even study or upskill. It feels like no matter what I do, it won’t be enough. This has started taking a toll on my physical and mental health. I’ve been having a lot of negative thoughts and just feel exhausted mentally.…
