Hi, seeking some input. Triathy race in 4 weeks. Only starting to properly train now.

First time doing a triathlon. Swam competitive as a kid, did a 1km swim a few years ago, but should be ok for 750 and reckon I could train up to 1500 within the month?

Cycle wise, other than commuting to work a few years ago, I haven’t done any but again, I think the 40k could be doable. Been doing a fair bit of running last few months, 7km a couple of times a week, and did a half marathon a month ago. Not a natural runner at all.

I’m quite competitive. While I’ve signed up to the sprint, I think I’d be hard on myself for not attempting the Olympic on the day? Is it feasible in 4 weeks? Just looking to finish , not too concerned about times. Appreciate your thoughts
