How do yall tend to compare platform tradeoffs before migrating? Mainly between the big three (AWS/GCP/Azure)? On paper it always feels like you should just be able to map out your equivalent services, roughly compare monthly pricing, swap in your new endpoints, and you'd get a solid estimate rather quickly. Yet actual migrations always have problems that go beyond basic services that makes comparing your migration options a very different challenge....
