So I am not officially diagnosed but my doctors have heavily hinted in likely on the spectrum. As I research it, it's starting just to make so much sense. Well here is one thing I struggle with and I figured I would ask here while I wait to find a official diagnosis. How do you get to sleep? Like what techniques have you found that help you? As for me, as soon as I lay in bed it's like my brain goes hyper. As input is reduced my brain starts throwing stuff out like story ideas, anylasis of the day, looping songs over and over.
