I’m truly delighted to share that I’m now part of the amazing wellness team at Meredith Whole Living Center! I’m officially available to share the gift of Reiki with anyone who would like to receive intention-fueled energy to help relax, rejuvenate, feel, heal, balance, nourish, and “peace-ify” their mind, body, and spirit. 👐🏼✌🏼🙏🏼 If you’ve ever taken a yoga class with me, you know I take a few moments with each student at the end of class to place my hands on their heads and/or feet and give a li’l blast of Reiki, aka love ‘n light energy. However brief the moment, I infuse it with as much presence and reverence as possible. As my life continues to swerve and flow in unexpected ways, I realize how much this deeper work fulfills me, and is felt and appreciated by those who receive the benefits. I am profoundly grateful. Now, thanks to Kelly Chapman and Stormy Leroux and the truly wonderful community at MWLC, I’ll be able to dedicate more time, love, and energy to people on a one-on-one basis.…
