I’ve been providing free mentoring to new learners for the past few months and I’ve found the largest source of frustration among new learners is completing the Admin trailmix and then figuring out where to start with practice exams. Prep sites like mine or Focus on Force earn a huge percentage of their revenue from just the Platform Admin cert. This implies that the average person who studies for the admin cert does not pass and go on to study for another certification.
