In 2016, comedian and actor Bob Newhart and his wife, Ginnie, offloaded their longtime Wallace Neff-designed Bel Air home in favor of a newly built Spanish Revival-style home in Century City, Los Angeles, which would become their final residence. Following the deaths of Ginnie, who passed in 2023 at 82, and Bob Newhart, who passed in 2024 at age 94, the couple’s children listed the property. It has now changed hands for $9.19 million, the New York Post reports. The 6,600-square-foot dwelling hit the market about a year ago, originally priced at $10.5 million in the listing .
