Wanting to do a 24x30 garage shed. Which do yall recommend prefabricated and installed kit through a company or hiring a contract welder to do it

Here's a couple welds from today, my instructor says they are pretty good but to just tone down the puddle size as to get more gas coverage. Please tell me anything wrong with these I want to learn!
