The court directed the husband to pay Rs 1.33 crore as full and final settlement to his estranged wife suffering from cancer, in terms of an amount earlier agreed upon by the husband during settlement.

The application was premised on the grounds that the wife had issues with anger management and displayed psychopathic behaviour and hysteria, the Telangana High Court observed.

According to Ashu Reddy, who shot to fame following a stint on Bigg Boss Telugu Season 3, a series of reports and online posts linked to an April 20 FIR painted her in a deeply negative light.

Shortly after completing his PhD, the husband sent legal notices and moved the family court in 2011 seeking divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act, citing cruelty and desertion, the Telangana High Court noted.
