Found a 10” skywatcher dob. seems like it also comes with a batinov mask. for some reason I’m itching to buy it. Only reason why I hesitate is because I have nextstar 8se paired with my asi715mc. the price is in CAD so around 630usd.

I really am conflicted here and hopefully somebody here owns the skywatcher and can help me out. The Orion would be new for $220 and the skywatcher is on Facebook for $175. My question is how often does the skywatcher require collimation?…
