The Punjab and Haryana High Court noted that it cannot be ignored that claimant has suffered permanent disability at tender age and medical condition clearly indicates that disability has worsened over time.

A motorcycle accident in November 2016 left the 14-year-old boy hospitalised for nearly 203 days and he eventually suffered 100 per cent permanent disability, the Supreme Court noted.
