Raghav Goyal and Vikas Goyal allegedly demanded undue advantage from the complainant on behalf of the absconding accused O P Rana and other senior officials of the Punjab Vigilance Bureau.
The agency has uncovered an exchange of sensitive Vigilance information and is now probing why the Punjab Police provided official gunmen to private individuals involved in the racket.
