Q’orianka Kilcher has filed a lawsuit alleging that an image of her as a 14-year-old served as inspiration for Zoe Saldaña's character, Neytiri.

Kilcher alleges that the director extracted her facial features after seeing her performance in a 2005 film, which she appeared in when she was 14, for use as the basis of the Neytiri character.
