"Melrose Place" alum Patrick Muldoon's cause of death was a myocardial infarction, according to his death certificate. Pulmonary embolism was listed as an underlying cause.

Muldoon was discovered unconscious on the bathroom floor of his Beverly Hills home on April 19 and pronounced dead at the scene.
