The first gathering of Sudeten Germans in Czechia since World War II is happening this weekend, despite a political backlash that has exposed tensions over one of Central Europe's most painful historical legacies.
A recent study shows that as many as one in five Germans between the ages of 14 and 29 are actively thinking about moving to another country — and 40% plan to do so in the long term.
