The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission sued Hatch Trick, a Chick-fil-A franchise operator in the Austin area.

Authorities say the former employee slipped back behind the counter, ran roughly 800 fraudulent mac and cheese orders, and funneled about $80,000 to his own accounts.

The accused fraudster allegedly rang up 800 phony orders after being fired from the Texas restaurant.
