We used larger shrimp than what the recipe stated, but just slightly lowered the frying temp to make up for it. Fried in the wok!! Dipping sauce is a garlic, rice wine vinegar, palm sugar, Thai chiles, and fish sauce mixture. It was so spicy and sweet and the perfect texture. h
