So with over 90 months left primarily due to Missouri (THWT)... My Friend would either have a 0 Bill Now or a 10/Mo Bill, But Nothing on Sl.Gov site about Rap Yet, and Nothing whether those payments on RAP would count for IBR Forgiveness even in 360 Total. What should he do?
